Commercial Corporate provides advice on contracts in general and drafts more unique and complex agreements from scratch.
Tailored agreement work covers:
- Working with clients to identify the issues and understand the anticipated outcomes of the particular transaction
- Designing the deal flow around the agreement(s)
- Drafting the single or multiple contracts
- Working with the client to negotiate the contract(s) through to signature
- Implementing the transactions created by the arrangement
Whilst Commercial Corporate is best suited to the needs of corporate clients, it is at home dealing with smaller and medium sized commercial clients and non-property transactions where another team within the firm is not more appropriate to the client’s needs.
