Our extensive range of employment and human resource services is designed to help employers and employees to find effective solutions to employment issues and problems. We develop all documentation employers need to help their employment relationships run smoothly, including employment agreements, policies and procedures, disciplinary, performance improvement and restructuring processes. Getting things right at the beginning removes much of the potential for problems to arise.
When things do go wrong we are expert and determined in advocating for employer or employee clients at all levels of the personal grievance process, including at disciplinary meetings, Mediation, the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court.
