Litigation and Employment

We represent clients who are in dispute for any reason. We have experience and expertise in all aspects of commercial, civil, public and employment litigation. We appear regularly at mediation and in Courts and Tribunals at all levels. One of our particular specialties is obtaining injunctions at short notice. We also carry out comprehensive research for clients, provide legal opinions on issues and advise on strategy.

As a team we work to proactively identify ways to best meet client needs and add value. Where possible we will work on behalf of our clients to secure a positive result through alternate dispute resolution, whether negotiation, mediation or arbitration. Alternate dispute resolution is always considered before court applications are made, but if court applications are made we pursue such applications intensely. As a result of this we have a proud history of winning for our clients.
